Your Driver

Corporate and Executive Transport

The car is the easy part. Being certain it is there at seven is the part worth paying for.

What corporate work actually needs

Reliability, discretion and paperwork. In that order.

The car being there is not negotiable — a meeting missed because a taxi did not arrive is not recoverable by apologising afterwards. So these are booked as named assignments, confirmed the day before, with a driver who has the schedule rather than a dispatcher who has an address.

Arrivals

Met inside the terminal with a board, before immigration, so a client walking out into an unfamiliar airport sees their name rather than a taxi rank.

Flights are tracked. A delayed arrival does not need anybody in your office to phone anybody, because the driver already knows.

During a visit

For a visit of more than a day, one driver covering the whole thing works considerably better than separate bookings. They learn the itinerary, they know the venues, and by day two they are anticipating rather than being told.

Meetings across the island are further apart than a map suggests — Philipsburg to the Simpson Bay business area is not far but the bridge can add twenty minutes, and we plan around the published openings.

Client dinners

Grand Case is where most client dinners here end up, and it is 35 minutes from the Dutch side with genuinely difficult parking after seven.

Being dropped at the door and collected when you are ready is worth more in that context than anywhere else, and it removes the question of who is not drinking.

Yachts and marinas

A significant share of the business here runs through the marinas. Crew changes, owner arrivals, and provisioning at hours that do not suit a rank. See marina transfers.

Accounts

Monthly invoicing with a line per journey, per traveller or per cost code as you prefer.

No cash, no receipts to collect, no driver asking a visiting executive for money. Send us the requirements and we will set it up properly rather than run it as a series of one-off bookings.

What we do not do

We do not have a limousine, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We are a family with one well-kept nine-seat van and drivers who know the island.

If what you need is a stretch and a peaked cap, we will tell you honestly that we are the wrong firm — and probably suggest that what you actually want is a driver who is reliably early.

Questions people actually ask

Do you invoice?

Yes. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with a line per journey, rather than a driver taking payment from a guest at the end of a ride. That is usually the reason people move to us from a taxi rank.

Can you cover early flights?

Yes. The early departures out of SXM mean pickups from four in the morning, and they are booked and confirmed the night before rather than arranged hopefully.

Do you do airport meet and greet for clients?

Inside the terminal, with a board, before they clear immigration. For a client arriving somewhere unfamiliar it is the difference between being collected and being processed.

Can one driver cover a whole visit?

Yes, and it is what we would suggest for anything longer than a day. The driver learns the schedule, knows which meeting overran last time, and stops needing to be briefed.
