The Girls' Trip Package

One price at the start, one driver all week, and nobody keeping a spreadsheet of who owes what.

Why a package rather than bookings

Because the alternative is one person in the group becoming the transport manager.

Eight people arriving on four flights. A beach day. Two dinners. One big night. A departure split across two days. Booked separately that is fourteen arrangements, and somebody spends their holiday making them.

As a package it is one conversation at the start, one thread during, one invoice at the end.

A typical week

Friday — arrivals across the afternoon on three flights, collected as each lands, with a supermarket stop on the way to the villa.

Saturday — Mullet Bay in the morning, dinner in Simpson Bay.

Sunday — Orient Bay for the day, beach club, back at five.

Monday — the big night. Dinner in Grand Case, on to Maho, home whenever. See girls' night out.

Tuesday — nothing. Somebody needs it.

Wednesday — Marigot in the morning, lunch, back for the afternoon.

Thursday — airport, in two runs because the flights are hours apart.

That is the shape. Yours will differ and that is fine.

The arithmetic

The official island tariff is per trip for one or two passengers and per person for three or more. For a group of eight, every journey is eight fares.

Per vehicle, eight people pay what two people pay. On a week with a dozen journeys the difference is not marginal — it is most of the reason groups book this way rather than discovering the per-person rule at the airport rank.

The full tariff is here, and we would rather you did the sum yourself than took our word for it.

The same driver

By the third day nobody is explaining where the villa is, which gate, or that one of the group gets carsick on the mountain road.

That is worth more than the money. It is also the thing a dispatch queue structurally cannot offer, because the person who turns up has never met you.

What we need to quote

Arrival and departure flight numbers, the number of people, where you are staying, and a rough sense of the days you want to go somewhere.

Send that and we will come back with a schedule and a price. Not a form.

Questions people actually ask

How is it priced?

One number for the whole package, per vehicle, agreed before you book. Not per person and not per journey — which matters because the official tariff charges per head above two passengers, and a group of eight pays four times what a couple pays for the same car.

Can people arrive on different flights?

Yes, and they usually do. Send us the flight numbers and we build the collections around them. We track the flights, so a delay is not something anyone in the group has to manage.

Do we have to decide the whole week in advance?

No. We need the arrivals, the departures and roughly which days you want to be somewhere. The rest can be decided the night before, which is how most weeks actually go.

Can we split the payment?

One invoice at the end, and how you split it among yourselves is genuinely easier when there is a single number rather than fourteen fares to reconcile.
